Montana Llindauer Brut NV

Kemenys Price : $9.99
Kemenys Rating : 90/100
Value :
Award :

Tasting Note :

"The appearance is promising, with a firm and persistent small bead. It is rather developed on the nose, and has some interesting biscuit and chocolate characters. What makes it really attractive, however, is its texture, and this is enhanced by a fine, creamy mousse and crisp acid. This is a comparatively full wine, with a long sweet-fruited finish which the acid helps keep clean."

Steve Charters MW, Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine, August/September

Value :

Tasting Note :

Smooth and creamy with a nice core of ripe grape and apple flavours that gain complexity on the finish. As an aperitif, it pairs very well with liver and fish snacks. Traditionally matched with little dry cakes or fruit tarts.

Tasting Note :

"Nino Franco is a reference-point producer of Prosecco, His NV Prosecco Brut Rustico offers up classic notes of white peaches, flowers and sweet spices. This medium-bodied wine possesses excellent persistence and a clean finish. This is just about as good as prosecco gets at the non-vintage level. This note corresponds to Lot 7310. A long persistence, creamy, brut but with natural softness taste. Very good as an aperitif. Also perfect throughout the whole meal.
