This shiraz is a rich, inky red in colour with aromas of rich, ripe   berries, hints of pepper, spice and dark chocolate.  The palate is     rich, soft and full bodied with well integrated oak, soft tannins   and a long, seamless finish. 

If you were to think of two varieties that Wolf Blass excel in, it     would be riesling and shiraz.  The gold label is their higher end  range and the shiraz is a cracker.  The 2005 shiraz is dark ruby in   colour with lashings of plum and cherry fruit flavours inter-married   with spicy oak tannins.  Drink now or cellar for several years with confidence.   

This wine has a bouquet of lifted red cherries and wild berries, with some sweet spice, accompanied by hints of cocoa and subtle vanillin oak. The palate is rich and spicy, with red berry fruit and a touch of nutmeg. The fruit is well supported by ripe soft tannins which combine to add lovely length on the back of the palate.

Yellow Tale Shiraz is soft and mellow berry flavours, balanced with delicate vanilla oak. This wine is bursting with sweet, ripe fruit and perfect for everyday drinking.
