You can't do anything but love this. Still bright and lively, there
are the familiar lemon sherbert, hay, light spice and some freshly
made toast starting to show through. Beginning to soften nicely,
with brilliantly clear acidity giving it crunch, and balancing the
richness of the fruit. There is plenty of time left in this for
cellaring (but we dare you to keep your hands off.
