This wine displays all the primary fruit characters found in younger Hunter Semillons, with lime, lemon blossom, tropical fruits and subtle nutty straw complexity. The palate is a reflection of the wonderful bouquet, with tight lemon and lime flavours held within a lovely long acid structure. The wine has excellent length and depth of flavour which promises great things for the future.
