A very complex wine with 3 quite distinct components each vinified differently. Some are fermented in stainless steel, some are barrel fermented and some go through malo-lactic fermentation. All these components come to-gether and make this wonderfully complex wine. It has aromas of citrus, honey and tropical fruit notes. Subdued green pea and fresh garden herb flavours add weight to the palate before cleansing acidity produces a crisp, dry finish of considerable length.

A vibrant blend of 55 per cent sauvignon blanc and 45 per cent semillon showing weight and purity of fruit. The palate shows fresh
guava, nectarine, gooseberry and citrus pith, with lively acidity and a lingering dry finish. The warmer 2007 vintage shows strong fruit flavours, in far greater spectrum than previous years. Cellaring potential up to three years.

This blend was produced from fruit grown in the picturesque Ferguson Valley vineyard of the Geographe region. The aroma of this wine shows lifted kiwifruit, pineapple and white peach whilst the flavours are of lemon, lime and pink lady apples. The crisp acid finish compliments the wine and makes it most enjoyable with most foods.
