Recently released and fresh as a daisy.  Seresin's Momo 2008 sauvignon blanc shows lifted tropical fruit flavours on the palate. Passionfruit and touches of melon balanced by a clean, fresh acid lift on the finish. Rock on Summer - best enjoyed over the next 12 months.

A vibrant colour of pale straw with brilliant green tinges. The wine is unoaked to maximise its fresh varietal character and overall tangy, zippy flavours. The aroma has restrained sauvignon grassiness coupled with riper fruit characters. The palate is fresh and lively with pure fruit varietal flavours and crisp acidity.

The bouquet is of passionfruit and ripe melon with some underlying
herbal notes and hints of mineral/flint. The brightness of pure fruit flavours shines through on the palate. Lees aging of the vineyard parcels provides weight and interest, as well as balance to this wine. Cellar for 1-2 years.

Meticulous vineyard management and innovative winemaking combine to produce a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, intensely aromatic and a lively, bursting with flavours of gooseberry, thyme, passionfruit and citrus.  The palate is dry and vibrant with racy acid and typical fruitiness.

Excellent lift of herbal notes, asparagus and citrus, with a fresh tropical fruit background.  Tropical, citrus and grassy characters dominate the palate, finishing with clean crisp acidity.

The 2007 Strugglers Flat Marlborough sauvignon blanc was made by talented winemaker and master of wine recipient, Steve Smith. As with all the wines he makes it is impeccably crafted. Lifted aromas of fresh lime supported on the palate with gooseberry like flavours. The finish is lively with just the right amount of zesty lift to the fruit. Ideal with seafood and salads.

Very pale straw with green hints in colour.  It has fresh, lifted lemon and tropical fruit aromas, complimented by an attractive spicy character from the oaked component.  The palate displays generous passionfruit and white peach flavours, with the Tasmanian component adding crisp citrus, mineral notes and great length.

The wine has intense lifted aromas of passionfruit, guava, lemon, green melon and a hint of snow pea.  This is a tightly structured, delicate wine displaying an excellent balance of fruit and acid. The palate has tropical characters of passionfruit, melon, guava with subtle grassy overtones.  The wine finishes with a crisp and refreshing minerally acidity.

A blend of fruit grown in the Wairau and Awatere Valley's spanning a
range of different micro climates. Bursting aromas of ripe passionfruit, fresh citrus lime and an exotic herbaceous complexity. A juicy mid-palate with fullness and length, finishing with a refreshing crisp clean acidity.

Blackcurrants, gooseberry and crushed herbs.  Bright tropical fruits flow from the approach into gooseberry and currant flavours, finishing with a lingering soft acidity.

This is another example of the excellent Sauvignon Blanc fruit that comes out of the Pemberton region.  Strong aromas of kiwi fruit, limes and lemon zest give the wine instant appeal.  The palate is richly flavoured by clean notes of lemons, asparagus and white peach which is all balanced with racy acidity.  Perfect with seafood, especially oysters.

The 2008 Wither Hills Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc shows benchmark characteristics; intense gooseberry.  tomato leaf and capsicum characters underpinned by the classically pungent melon, guava and passionfruit aromatics, The palate is extraordinarily balanced with bright seamless acidity, concentration of brambly, mineral grapefruit flavours and a long supple finish.  A wine of remarkable intensity.
