Note : |
Made by O'Leary Walker, the fruit for this Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from Block 33 - a unique vineyard in the Adelaide Hills with very rocky subsoil. Combined with a lengthy cool growing season, this produced fruit of premium quality. Aromas of tropical lychee and passionfruit, typical Adelaide Hills. The palate is typically sauvignon blanc in style with limey citrus like qualities, well complemented by soft barrel fermented flavours. The finish is tight, crisp and refreshing. Perfect summer drinking.

Note : |
Crisp and fresh with typical Marlborough style. Aromatic, with
citrus, tropical fruit and a little fresh-cut grass tingling the
nostrils. Plenty of zesty fruit flavours, including lemons, limes
mangoes and tangy passionfruit. A fine stream of fresh acid runs
through the fruit from start to finish, getting the juices flowing
for the accompanying food. Spicy Thai is the go with this.

Note : |
Made from fruit in the Wairau and Omaka valleys, around 10% of which is barrel-fermented, this is bright and mouthfilling, with vibrant
gooseberry, grass and passionfruit to the fore. Nice length, and its fresh crisp flavours would suit a range of asian foods and fresh seafood. |
