Vibrant red with a youthful purple hue. Enticing, lifted fruit aromas of red cherry, fruit and a touch of spice. The wine is medium bodied with flavours of juicy red cherries. Delicate spice characters are evident throughout the palate while subtle oak characters of cinnamon, clove and cedar add to the overall complexity of the wine. The wine finishes with lingering fruit flavours.

An absolute pearler from Martinborough. We loved the 2006 and we reckon this is even better. Astonishing balance of dark, cherries, plums, forest fruits, dried herbs and spicy (mainly new) French oak and... the gaminess we always look for in a quality pinot. Refreshing acid and fine savoury tannins wrap up a fine package. Complex and complete, this would match rich earthy flavours including game.

Powerful, perfumed and layered in the traditional Central Otago
style. Richly aromatic with of dark cherries, plum and a foresty,
earthy complexity. The classy fruit aromas carry through to tightly
layered and structured flavours, with more texture provided by some savoury gaminess, fine grippy tannins and perfect acid. Beautiful wine.

Stylish pinot. Enticing aromas of red and dark forest fruits with
some dried herb and a little cedar. Full, ripe dark cherry and
raspberry flavours, a squirt of plum and some smokey oak. There's some nice savoury earthiness along with fresh acid and a lingering finish. Excellent Marlborough pinot.
