The bouquet has lychee, white peach and citrus fruit aromatics. The palate has a warm, rich and creamy mouthfeel with a soft finish. Great with seafood dishes and blue cheese dishes. Drink now or cellar for 2 years.

This blend was produced from fruit grown in the picturesque Ferguson Valley vineyard of the Geographe region. The aroma of this wine shows lifted kiwifruit, pineapple and white peach whilst the flavours are of lemon, lime and pink lady apples. The crisp acid finish compliments the wine and makes it most enjoyable with most foods.

The Waipara Hills pinot gris has a delicate pear and ginger bouquet with slight traces of candy floss and nougat. The palate has flavours of pear and ginger, enhanced by a moderate texture and weight, and a delightful persistence. Match with fresh summer fruit salad.

This Yarra Valley botrytis pinot gris is gold in colour with intense aromas of honeysuckle and dried orange. The palate is full of sweet fruit flavours combined with elegant structure giving length to the slatey, mineral finish. Perfect accompaniment to Creme Brulee.

The intense bouquet is pleasantly fruity with highlights of green pear and clingstone peach accented by the flowery notes of apple  blossom against a genteel boise background. On the palate, it's fresh, grainy acidity is complimented with a generous middle palate viscosity that shows good structure and an agreeable balance between freshness and softness. The wine shows excellent persistence on the palate and the succession of aromas is in keeping with the    sensations registered by the nose.
