Straw yellow colour, crisp and fresh with lovely fragrances of golden apples and pears.  Well balanced, with good acidity and medium-bodied.

This wine enjoyed a warm autumn weather with a mild summer helping retain fruit freshness and aromatic lift. A complex bouquet of nashi pear, apple, spice and honey. A medium weight palate with clean mouth filling citrus notes leading to a subtle spiciness from fine French oak. Drink now and over this coming summer with great seafood dishes.

The nose exhibits aromas of apple, pear and citrus fruit with hints of spice. The palate is richly textured, with layers of Nashi, stone fruit and background creaminess from lees contact, which is balanced by a fresh acidity. Drinking well now, however this wine will cellar for the next 5 years.

A vibrant, varietal perfume saturates the senses with elegant pear, a light spice array and subtle cream in an alluring cocktail of aromas. A zesty, mineral acidity details the varietal characters and balances the richness. The pear and spice flavours are supported by a light, creamy texture on the mid-palate in an appealing and satisfying style.

This wine displays a golden bronze colour, typical of the variety and exhibits strong orange blossom, citrus, guava and ripe pear aromas with honey and mineral notes. The palate exhibits, ripe pear, guava and orange blossom flavours, with an underlying mineral edge, a food enhancing apricot kernel and glycerol finish.

This wine has intense aromas of apricots, pears, orange blossom, musk and ginger. The palate is also equally exciting with a fresh and up front, lively apricot, pear and cumquat with a lemon twist. This is followed by a rich and complex mouth filling texture.
