pinot gris these days. A mixture of ripe fruit flavours including
pears, citrus and herbs, with a sprinkle of spice for good measure.
Soft and easy to drink. Spicy asian food is the go with this.

Knappstein Shillings Cellar Selection Classic Dry White is a crisp aromatic white wine, a style Knappstein excels in producing from premium Clare fruit. The wine displays notes of lemon blossom and citrus peel with a complexing perfumed lift. A tight and focused palate with a mouth-watering acid structure showcases guava and citrus flavours with touches of white nectarine.

The colour is a pale to medium straw with bright green hues. The bouquet shows lifted aromas of tropical fruit - pineapple with the scent of citrus fruit. The perfumed nose is typical of the fruit driven varieties that flourish in the Margaret River region.
