Deep red in colour with warm hues, this wine exhibits a ripe nose with aromas of cherries and currants, with a touch of eucalypt and subtle background oak. A soft medium bodied palate, with some firm cabernet tannins and merlot flesh in the middle, and a lingering finish with persistent fruit, this wine will improve for up to three years.

Rich, vibrant garnet in colour, this wine displays full blackcurrant aromas with hints of light leafiness balanced out by fine French oak on the bouquet. The palate is fruit driven with a soft texture. The fine tannin, fruit and oak flavours provide a wine of elegant structure whilst maintaining flavour intensity and richness. Will improve with careful cellaring over 5 to 7 years.

Deep red with purple, brick red hues. Fragrant aromas of violets, plum, blackberry and mulberry fruit intermingle with spicy, leafy aromas and subtle vanillin oak. This wine displays ripe fruit flavours of mulberry, cassis and plum, complimented by fine acid and tannin structure.

 fruit, along with lovely, slightly floral aromas and characters,         with raspberries coming through on the palate.  The tannin structure  of this fabulous Watervale wine imparted by time in fine French oak    is a little softer than previous vintages which makes it an even   better match with a great gourmet pizza.                                  

Classic aromas of blackcurrant fruit, aged tobacco, violets and cedary oak.  The palate displays juicy blackberry fruit with a restrained mid-palate and subtle well integrated mocha oak.  The wine finishes long and clean with textural, savoury tannins.  Enjoy now or cellar for up to ten years.

This wine displays hints of apricot and almond kernel on the nose,
coupled with exciting and intense aromas of blackberry spice. The
round, juicy palate follows on from the exciting bouquet with         
characters of raspberry, blackberry and spicy black pepper.  Also     
similar are the secondary flavours of apricot and almond kernel,      
which linger, and are complimented by fine, velvety tannins.

Situated at Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley this boutique winery was recently rated 5 stars in James Halliday's 2008 Australian Wine Companion. And it is easy to see why if this 60% shiraz, 40% cabernet blend is an indication of the quality this winery can produce. Amazing bang for your buck with juicy blackberry fruit flavours and spicy tannins giving structure and length. The finish is well rounded and complete. One to drink on a regular basis and so affordable!
