Aromas of fresh limes, cut grass and green melons. When young, this wine is dominantly ripe citrus with mineral freshness. In the background there are complex notes of honeysuckle and sandalwood, which will develop further with maturity into lemon rind and dry spices. The palate is textured and lengthy with a weighty middle due to the semillon component. A carefully balanced proportion of sauvignon blanc ensures ripeness and a fresh acid persistence. Cellar three to five years.
