A lovely salmon pink in colour, with a soft, consistent bead. The 60 percent chardonnay gives upfront fruit flavours of green apples and grapefruit while the 40 percent pinot noir adds to the length and complexity of the palate. There are also aromas of fresh baked bread with a hint of cherry. The palates creamy mousse complements refreshing berry fruit flavours with a clean acid finish. This is a wine of great elegance, balance and finesse. A real festive drink!
