This wine has all the characters that you would associate with top Clare Valley Riesling. Lovely citrus fruit aromas and a lengthy flavour spectrum of lime, apples and pears. Its fine crisp structure is beautifully balanced with liveliness and length. Excellent drinking while young and fresh or cellar to develop lovely toasty bottle aged characters - if you can wait.
