After a selective sort of the grapes, this wine was made with very traditional methods and a very long vatting time.The juice for the rosé is "bled" from the grapes, the first phase of wine making is cold maceration for 24 hours in order to preserve the aromas and obtain the distinctive colours. This wine is very well-balanced between softness,richness and freshness.Goes perfectly with barbequed meat,butcheries and salads.
