This is a single vineyard wine with the aim to do something special.
There's a fine delicacy fro the first sniff right through to the very longpalate. Grapefruit citrus characters are merged perfectly with some nice lightly toasted French oak barrel characters. Impressive wine.

With a nose of fresh tropical fruits and golden apples, this elegant wine welcomes you with a creamy, rich mouthfeel complimented by a hint of caramel and butterscotch. The finish is long and pleasing with a touch of toasty oak.

Pale straw with green hue, this wine displays aromas of melon, white peach and a touch of struck match complexity, balanced with gentle French oak. The palate is full flavoured, with initial sweet fruit coupled with loads of melon, toasted hazelnuts and a touch of marmalade. The wine is beautifully balanced by crisp acidity and fine oak.

Citrus and vanillin aromas are closely supported on the palate with lime and honeydew fruit on the front and nutty cashew like characters on the finish. The use of small parcels of premium chardonnay fruit from the Adelaide Hills has enabled us to produce a wine of great style and balance. Made to complement food superbly, a glass or two on its own will more than satisfy. We are confident this wine will cellar well until 2012.

This wine is tightly crafted and combines power with elegance. The delicate aroma features citrus and melon fruits with soft oak nuances. The palate is pristine, fresh and vibrant featuring juicy melon, white peach and grapefruit flavours subtly supported by spicy French oak and creamy textures. The finish is crisp, long and seamless.

"A very restrained, fruit driven style of wine. Lovely, tropical and stone fruit aromas followed by a nice, clean, elegant palate. Not a huge amount of length due to its youth but it would be interesting to see this wine open up. A good match with the schnapper. The fruit was lifted slightly and the wine's flavour was well weighted against the textures of the food."

Pale gold with a green hue, this wine displays sweet lemon characters on the bouquet, with background notes of stonefruit and melon.Complementing the nose, the wine has a rounded and approachable palate. Smooth with notes of white peach and rockmelon, it finishes with fresh lemon zest flavours.

"A big wine with good underlying depth of fruit on toasty nose. Sweet and creamy melon and peach flavours, beautifully balanced by the acid. Nice texture and length!"
