It's minty and bright, with stacks of fresh, live, blueberry fruit with a touch of chocolaty oak from the influence of fine French oak. Extended time in this oak has given this wine the spice and silky tannins that Coonawarra is famous. Beautifully balanced with a long soft finish. Superb Cabernet that will cellar well for another decade.

The 2005 Mamre Brook cabernet sauvignon is full bodied displaying complex aromas of plump, dark berries and chocolate. The palate has a richly layered structure portraying concentrated mulberry and blackberry fruit flavours, fine tannins and excellent length. Enjoy over the next 6 to 8 years.

Rich berry bouquet with a whisper of oak. A full palate showing ripe black currant and cassis fruit, well balanced with good finish and after taste.

The bouquet is leafy cassis, choc-mint, mocha, leather and cedar. On the palate there is cassis, choc-mint and cedar with a very youthful mouth-coating and firm fine grained tannin. Drink now or cellar for up to 15 years.
