What a wine! Rich and ripe with classic cabernet structure. Full of
intense, dark, blackcurrant, blackberry, chocolate and a touch of
regional mint. Tannins are perfectly ripe and fine, providing
lovely grip. Clean acidity keeping things fresh as a daisy and in
focus. A wine of texture and class and excellent length. Beautiful
with any rich red meat dishes or cheese.

Mint, cherry and spice aromas lead into a rich fruit driven palate. A full, rich style of cabernet with cherry and plum fruit flavours supported by spice and pepper characters and good oak enhancement. 2007 in McLaren Vale was tough. The reduced yields at vintage time made for smaller grapes with increased intensity and richness. This is a good example of Mother Nature's principle of less is better. It will develop with bottle age over the next 5 years or can be enjoyed now in its youth.

This cabernet sauvignon has an inky and solid dark purple colour. Aromas of blackberry, plums and a hint of cedar. Full bodied, with a solid core of chocolate, cassis and plums. A classic, varietal and enjoyable cabernet.

Fermoy is next to Moss Wood and the vineyard is mature, so you might expect it to make great reds. The 2005 Reserve Cabernet is a
ripper.
