Mint, cherry and spice aromas lead into a rich fruit driven palate. A full, rich style of cabernet with cherry and plum fruit flavours supported by spice and pepper characters and good oak enhancement. 2007 in McLaren Vale was tough. The reduced yields at vintage time made for smaller grapes with increased intensity and richness. This is a good example of Mother Nature's principle of less is better. It will develop with bottle age over the next 5 years or can be enjoyed now in its youth.

This cabernet sauvignon has an inky and solid dark purple colour. Aromas of blackberry, plums and a hint of cedar. Full bodied, with a solid core of chocolate, cassis and plums. A classic, varietal and enjoyable cabernet.

This Cabernet is inky purple/black in colour. Ripe Cabernet sauvignon characters of blackberry, chocolate dominate with subtle floral notes of violets adding a fresh lift. Dusty cedar characters from maturation in fine French oak adds another layer of complexity. The palate shows layer upon layer of dense dark berry fruits with cherry and spice all adding to a great wine from a great vintage in Margaret River. Not to be missed.
