With a deep garnet colour that darken to a black core, our flagship estate cabernet sauvignon has aromas of dark fruit, spice and dried herbs, with some cassis and truffle notes. Rich and full bodied with fleshy dark fruit flavours and silky tannins, this classic Clos Du Val wine shows good structure and depth, followed by an excellent finish.

This wine greets the nose with vibrant aromas of ripe black fruit balanced by a hint of dried herbs and toasty oak. The wine has a rich, powerful entry filling the mouth with intense black fruit and spice. With its velvety-smooth tannins, this cabernet illustrates Stags Leap District terrior. The long lingering finish is characteristic of Clos Du Val's winemaking style. Enjoy now or cellar for at least 10-15 years.

The 2003 Endeavour is layered with aromas of black-berries, black cherries, and dark chocolate. On the palate, harmonious flavours of rich plum, black fruit and cassis abound. The elegant tannins are framed by toasty vanilla, blueberry, and cedar giving the wine tremendous depth and complexity. The finish is rich and supple and strikes an excellent balance between fruit flavours and tannin.

The 2003 Meritage is the first vintage incorporating Malbec into the blend. The addition of this varietal adds additional layers of depth and complexity to this stylish and elegant wine. The aromas begin with ripe black cherry and finish with vanilla and a hint of mocha. On the palate, bright currant and plum flavours lead to cedar and tobacco notes. This wine is seamless and well-integrated from beginning to end and should age and develop beautifully for several years to come.
