Powerful Clare limes and lemons - super zesty, long and crystal
clear. Despite the intensity, there is also amazing delicacy. It's
just a baby at the moment, but the balance is brilliant, with
superfine acid bursting through and stoney minerality making a party
of it. This is a gem which will age like a legend and should be
served with delicate seafoods.

It's a good Petaluma and I like it. It's of a clean and pure nature
with pretty things like orange blossom and aniseed sprayed 'round
its lemon head. Not a bitey acidic wine, rather softer, but still
tight. It has very good length and a most attractive chalkiness
lending textural interest. I think it will age well over the medium
term and improve slightly in the shorter one.92+ from me although 93 would be fine too.

Pale lemon in colour with vibrant green tints. This trophy and multiple gold medal winner has the classical Eden valley lime bouquet with the first hints of complex bottle development. The palate is taut and racy; its superb flinty minerality sliced through by the backbone of fresh lime juice and a touch of honey. Eden valley Riesling at its finest.

Another cracking Pewsey Vale Riesling, juicier, crisper and as
desirable as ever. Laser-perfect Eden Valley limes and lemons
sitting pretty around beautiful acid and stoney minerality. There's
a little bit of zesty lemon sherbert add some extra pizazz to the
long finish. There's no better companion for grilled fish with
lemon and butter,
