Pale straw in colour with green hues, the aromas of this wine are fresh and appealing with citrus spice and lovely floral notes. The palate is an alluring mouthful of flavours, combining lemon, lime citrus and sweeter pineapple characters balanced by a crisp, juicy acidity and lingering finish.

The nose shows lifted aromas of citrus blossom, honeysuckle, and lime mixed with a mineral edge, which are indicators of an excellent wine. Displaying classic riesling flavours of lemon and lime, the palate enjoys great intensity and depth of flavour. The exceptional length finishes with a clean and crisp acidity. This style of wine particularly lends itself to be enjoyed with freshly shucked oysters and Asian dishes.

An exceptional year in Clare which has produced more florals instead of the typical citrus notes. There is citrus blossom, spring flowers and grated lemon zest. The palate is intense with excellent fruit intensity. There's attractive lemon/lime splice notes with a distinct 'pretty' floral edge. A mineral core of natural acidity gives flavour and length to this wonderful example of classic Clare Riesling.

Typical Eden valley florals dominate including pot pourri and rose petal with spicy notes and an underlying hint of green lime. The palate delivers green lime juicy flavours with a great line of natural acidity, giving it a minerally schist edge and excellent length on the finish.
