Very stylish and right up there in the drinkability stakes. Plenty
of interesting layers of aroma and flavour. Smells like of
stonefruits and citrus, with some subtle floral notes. Rich but
tight pear, honeydew melon and honeysuckle flavours mingling with some spice and fine acid. There's even a touch of mineral to keep it jumping. Fine wine indeed.

We reckon this smells of green apple peel, pears and spices. Rich ripe pear, grapefruit, peach and nutmeg flavours. The taste lingers well after swallowing, and the ripeness is balanced nicely with fresh tingling acidity. Would be delicious with spicy Thai.
