Delicate pale gold, with clear aromas of stone fruits and pineapple. Lovely ripe but tangy peach, nectarine and green apple flavours. Has plenty of fleshiness but has balance and elegance to go with it. Great texture, and we thought grilled salmon would be a nice match.

This wine, crafted in the French style of the varietal, has an elegant palate with regional varietal definition of pear and spicy baked apple. There is great balance to the palate, which is light in weight and finishes on a pleasing soft and gentle note. This wine should be enjoyed whilst young and fresh but will cellar well in the short term (1 - 3 years) under ideal conditions.

We reckon this smells of green apple peel, pears and spices. Rich ripe pear, grapefruit, peach and nutmeg flavours. The taste lingers well after swallowing, and the ripeness is balanced nicely with fresh tingling acidity. Would be delicious with spicy Thai.
